Pimco's Total Return ETF (BOND +0.4%) continues to see outflows, losing $63M since July 1 to add to $543M in June and $31M in May, according to IndexUniverse - a total of 13% of AUM. BOND is off 3.69% YTD, about even with the benchmark AGG, but it's down 5.75% since May 1. At root was an outsized bet on the belly of the Treasury curve (3-10 year paper) that got hit especially hard in the bond market selloff.

Deja vu all over again. This happened last year with Bill Gross, or was it the year before? Either way "sh_t happens" pretty regularly for Pimco.
