Nigeria's maritime regulator says it will lift a blockade of ships belonging to the Nigeria LNG joint venture between the country's state oil company, Royal Dutch Shell (RDS.A), Total (TOT) and Eni (E) after the company agreed to pay ~$140M in levies the regulator claims were overdue. The ships had been barred from Bonny Island Terminal as a longstanding dispute over maritime taxes and levies escalated.
