Microsoft (MSFT) roundup: 1) Microsoft is suing U.S. Customs over its alleged unwillingness to enforce a 2012 ITC import ban on Motorola Mobility (GOOG) phones. Motorola convinced the agency the ban, related to a Microsoft calendar-syncing patent, didn't apply to data synced via Google, rather than Microsoft, servers. 2) Office 365 is now available in 38 additional markets, raising the total to 127. 3) SiliconAngle's John Furrier on the reorg: "This is Steve Ballmer’s last stand, his last effort to turn the company around."
