More on Joe's Jeans: The company is buying private Hudson Clothing for $97.6M. The deal will be paid for using a combo of cash and $24.1M in 6-year convertible notes carrying a 10% interest rate. Joe's says the deal is contingent on obtaining at least $80M in debt financing. JOEZ -11.3% AH. (PR)
