Fannie Mae (OTCQB:FNMA) and Freddie Mac (OTCQB:FMCC) are in agreement - the big move in interest rates won't stall the housing recovery. Fannie's Mark Palim takes a close look at past episodes and finds rising rates have little correlation with home prices, but are more likely to slow purchase volumes and increase market share for ARMs. Call it whatever you wish, but slowing volume doesn't sound like good news to homebuilders (NYSEARCA:XHB).
