Time to start increasing the common dividend, .the current 01 (1 cent) a quarter dividend won't do it with .32 earnings.

No dividend increase until spring of 2014 at the earliest. That's the next time the Fed will look at it. Too much litigation to still get through. The $8.5 bn settlement needs to get approved and AIG needs to get told they can't sue BofA.
Finally, the economy needs to continue to improve as does BofA's balance sheet.

I'm not too concerned, it's in my son's trust, and well he's got another 20 years before he can legally touch it anyways :-) Should be something by then. Thanks for the information.

I can use the dividend - but who can't? I'll leave it to the BOD (what choice do I have - only the sell button click on my mouse.) Keep your eye on the stock price. If you want to hit a home rum - keep your eye on the ball. And an increased cash dividend is just as good as money! But if they do larger stock buy backs including the preferred shares and retire the warrants with market purchases look for a run up to 15 near term. Conference call may tell the tail.

I agree, I think those numbers are reasonable as long as the common stock dividend is increased (probably 1st quarter of 2014) to .04 or .05. I think the market is expecting large increase in the dividend.
