Plum Creek Timber (PCL) Q4 beats on a per share basis but comes up short on revenue. Income from continuing operations declined Y/Y as improved profitability in its Northern Resources segment wasn't enough to offset the impact from lower log prices in the South. The company also cuts its Q1 ourlook, now seeing an EPS of $0.20 - $0.25, below the consensus of $0.26. Shares -0.3% AH.
