Rocco will now say "beginner's luck" -- Netflix can never create the DNA to sustain an original programming capability that is on par or even half the capability of HBO since HBO somehow already monopolized all the programming talent in the universe. GMAO -- that's "guffawing".

Concerning Arrested Development: I admit I am in catch-up mode, as I am still watching the first season on Netflix from a decade ago. But I like it so far.

The "House of Cards" and "Orange is the New Black" shows are cleverly written, but after seeing a few episodes, I conclude they are not quite for me. That is okay, though. You see, Netflix has something for everyone.

The wide Netflix selection is what wins me over.

And let us not take the Rocco rants seriously!

It's funny the Wall Street Journal article today stated Mad Men is right up at the top in popularity. I started watch it a few weeks ago and now I can't get enough of it. If Netflix keeps seasons of shows like that available along with new development like House of Cards they should do just fine.

Sorry, richernow, I thought folks would know. Rocco Pendola is a financial commentator who has previously posted on Seeking Alpha and now posts on TheStreet.com. He is a strong opponent of the entire Netflix business model and believes that we should all be willing to pay a lot more for our TV entertainment than what Netflix charges. See one of his more extreme rants below:

    Mean-spirited stuff, in my opinion.
