Boosting economic growth should be given priority over cutting deficits - no, that's not an assertion from France but from none other than German Finance Minister Wolfgang Schaeuble. The just-finished G20 summit sent "an important signal, namely that we all agree that the most important task is to strengthen growth and create jobs," Schaeuble said.
