Nokia (NOK -0.6%) roundup: 1) AT&T has added the Lumia 520 to its GoPhone prepaid service, and is charging only an unsubsidized $99. That's less than the $130 Wal-Mart charges for the T-Mobile-supporting Lumia 521. The 520's price has made it popular in the U.S. and abroad, but it has also pressured Lumia ASPs. 2) Following diplomatic pressure from the Finnish government, the Indian government has offered to settle its $370M tax dispute with Nokia, and is also thinking of imposing a penalty as a substitute for full payment. 3) Mystery surrounds a Nokia event set for 4AM ET tomorrow. Some think Nokia will launch the Lumia 625, a 4.7" device with low-end specs (800x480 resolution, dual-core 1.2GHz. CPU, 5MP camera).
