KKR becomes the latest P-E firm to invest in Indonesia's perky consumer market, agreeing to take a 9.5% stake in snack foodmaker Tiga Pilar Sejahtera. Terms weren't disclosed, but the investment should be worth about $42M at current market valuations. The small size of the deal highlights the difficulties P-E groups are having at finding good companies at reasonable prices in that country.
