USEC (USU -10.6%) gives back a chunk of yesterday's huge gains inflated by thin liquidity and short covering, a technical move with "no real fundamental basis." In the news today is Tepco's first-ever statement that radioactive water at the damaged Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant may be seeping directly out of the ground near the ocean. URRE +8.8%, URZ -2.8%, CCJ -1.8%, URA +0.8%.

URRE ,once the darling of day traders may have attracted them again.

I do believe ,as I did years ago that it was a prime takeover target. They have large assets in a secure environment along with the associated equipment to harvest it.

With the ending of the Megatons for Megawatts ending this year and the continued building of plants from south America to Viet Nam,not to mention the 28 Chinese units under construction the demand will place URRE in prime terrortory.
