Crocs (CROX) resumes trading, -21.4% AH after posting Q2 results and issuing downward Q3 guidance, seeing $0.20-$0.23 EPS vs. $0.39 consensus and $300M-$310M revenue vs. $325M consensus. Backlog at Q2's end was $161M, down 6.7% Y/Y, blamed on wholesale accounts taking a cautious view towards fall holiday 2013 orders based on weaker than expected spring 2013 sales.
