More on Unilever (UL) earnings: Q2 underlying sales +5% vs consensus of +5.5%; emerging markets +10.3%, developed markets -1.3%. Home care underlying growth +10.2%, personal care +7.7%, foods +1%, refreshments +1.9%. Core operating margin rises 40 basis points to 14%. "Growth is slowing in emerging markets, as macro-economic headwinds influence consumer behavior," Unilever says.
