Florida's Port of Tampa reopens after a train derailment early this morning caused ethanol to spill from at least three CSX (CSX -0.7%) freight cars. Nearly all ethanol in the U.S. is transported by rail, barge or truck; ironically, the only operating ethanol pipeline in the U.S. carries the fuel from Tampa to Orlando.
