A federal court approves a two-year old settlement between IBM (IBM -0.6%) and the SEC over bribery accusations in China and South Korea. The matter is separate from a DOJ investigation into the company's business dealings in Poland, Argentina, and Ukraine which might have breached FCPA rules.
