Shares of contract manufacturer Flextronics (FLEX +3.6%) enjoy a strong session after FQ1 results beat expectations. Revenue comes in ahead of both Street estimates and company guidance even as sales fall 3% Y/Y. CEO Mike McNamara says he "continues to see signs of stability in the macro-environment that are encouraging." Outlook: Q2 EPS of $0.19-0.22 on revenue of $6.1-6.4B against consensus of $0.21/ share on $6.08B in sales.
