Ford (F) is recalling 33,021 C-Max hybrid cars after tests by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration discovered that a roof component didn't meet requirements for protecting against head injuries. Ford will install energy-absorbing material under the roofs on both sides of the vehicles to resolve the issue. No accidents or injuries were attributed to the problem.
