Activision adds to Vivendi deal gains; analysts hike PTs

Activision (ATVI +2.8%) shares are now up 19% since news broke the company and its management is buying back 85% of Vivendi's 60%+ stake for $5.8B ($4.6B in debt, $1.2B in stock).

Credit Suisse and BMO have respectively raised their PTs to $23 and $21 on account of the deal.

Shares +71% YTD going into Thursday's Q2 report.
