Enbridge Partners slides after Q2 miss, downgrades

Enbridge Energy Partners (EEP -1.4%) suffers two downgrades after Q2 results miss on earnings and revenues.

Oppenheimer cuts shares to Market Perform and removes its $36 target price, noting total return prospects are less attractive vs. peers as growth remains elusive despite opportunities across the footprint.

Also, EEP is lowered to Neutral from Buy at Citigroup.
