Google (GOOG) unfurls an ad blitz aimed at calming users worried about the major changes recently made to its privacy policy. But Microsoft (MSFT), desperate to boost Bing's market share, is launching an ad campaign that blasts Google's changes. paidContent's Jeff Roberts mostly sees the changes as "a housekeeping measure" necessitated by Google's expansion into numerous non-search businesses.
