JDA Software's (JDAS -17.5%) post-earnings selloff, fueled by software sales weakness, a lack of 2012 guidance, and (especially) the company's disclosure of an SEC investigation, has gone from bad to worse. During its earnings call, JDA said it received both a comment letter and a subpoena from the SEC over the timing of revenue recognition, but added the existence of the revenue isn't being questioned.
