Gas supplier Praxair (PX +1.2%) is selling its advanced components business, which makes products for chip equipment gear, to a subsidiary of Japan's NGK Insulators. Separately, the WSJ reports Praxair sold $600M in 10-year notes at a yield of just 2.5%.
