Cadbury expects big things in India

Cadbury will invest 10B rupees ($163M) to set up a new plant in India.

The operation will be the biggest manufacturing operation in the Asia-Pacific region for Cadbury parent Mondelez International (MDLZ -1.1%).

The expectation is that India's middle class will provide strong demand for Cadbury products.
