The Canadian telecom operator saw 83K net customer adds in Q2. Net adds totaled 100K for postpaid wireless, 31K for TV, and 13K for high-speed Internet. These gains were partially offset by net losses in prepaid wireless and wireline.
Telus' full-year targets are being reaffirmed.
The company returned C$639M to shareholders via dividends YTD (4.3% yield), and re-purchased C$536M in shares.
