Pulte to move headquarters to Atlanta suburbs

Pulte (PHM +3.7%) trades up today after announcing plans to relocate its corporate headquarters to the Buckhead community in Atlanta in 2014.

The homebuilder says it will have several hiring opportunities there, although it did not specify how large it planned to grow staff.

Separately, the stock was downgraded to Outperform from Top Pick at RBC Capital today, and its price target was cut from $26 to $20.
