Judge holds back from authorizing AMR-US Airways merger

Judge Sean Lane has refrained from approving AMR's (AAMRQ.PK) plan to exit bankruptcy via an $11B merger with US Airways (LCC), citing the lawsuit from the Department of Justice and some states to block the deal.

Instead, Lane has given AMR and its creditors until Friday next week to provide him with guidance about he should proceed.

The judge had otherwise been expected to authorize the deal, having already given preliminary approval.

115K profit on 10K investment ytd. But where to go from here? Looks like DOJ is finally stopped sitting on its hands. Of course they let Alhold buy as many US food chains as they wanted, and you know who keeps plowing over mom and pop business with Chinese goods. Guess protecting the rights of hood thugs to attack light skinned folks in FL has kept them too busy until AMR merger.

I think the DOJ was trying to buy back the guns from the Mexican cartels. They were trying to barter with their confiscated drugs.
