    I'm not going to sell one of my best holdings! LMT has gone up 33% since I started buying it in January and I intend to hold for as long as I live (as long as the earnings and business fundamentals don't change that is). I agree though that it's not a strong buy right now since the P/E ratio is 30% over its 5 year average.

    Details on the reasoning for this downgrade aren't widely known just yet, but it may have something to do with a Reuters report out over the weekend, which suggests Lockheed's F-35 Joint Strike Fighter may be too expensive to win a multibillion-dollar Korean fighter jet contract it's been competing for..... i am long not selling.. Have owned it since 2011- nice div increases too.
