Hilliard Lyons bullish on Cerner

Cerner's (CERN +1.1%) "sole focus on health care information technology" gives the company a "competitive advantage," Hilliard Lyons' Stephen Turner says, starting the shares at Long-Term Buy with a $58 price target.

"New growth trends beyond CERN's core Electronic Health Record system, Millennium, include physician practice management solutions, population health management and revenue cycle management software & services," Turner adds.

KeyBanc started the shares at Buy last week citing — among other factors — tailwinds from "elevated R&D and client services spending."
