Payable Sept. 16; for shareholders of record Sept. 5; ex-div Sept. 3.

    The portfolio no longer seems to be earning this distribution. The fund is priced for a distribution cut.

    Its never cut its dividend since inception in March 2005; roc has usually been part of its payout but only a small part and there is a tax benefit in that. Its getting wacked like any interest sensitive type
    of investment, doubly so since it also reflects international exposure
    and the markets are scared about that also. The fund is already priced as if it would cut its dividend, its over 11% vs its more 'normal' 7-9% range. Of course, never say never, etc.
