Key Tronic plunges on weak Q4 results, outlook

Key Tronic (KTCC -16.2%) tumbles after missing FQ4 EPS and revenue estimates.

Revenue fell 12.5% Y/Y for the period while gross margin and operating margin slipped 100 bps each.

CEO Craig Gates: "Moving into the first quarter of fiscal 2014, we are currently seeing a reduction in orders from another large customer and a few of our new programs are not ramping up as rapidly as anticipated." (PR)

Outlook: FQ1 EPS of $0.15-0.20 on revenue of $73-78M. The one available analyst estimate calls for FQ1 EPS of $0.26.
