Kratos up AH on Dept. of Homeland Security contract

Kratos Defense & Security (KTOS +3.5%) is up 4.36% AH after the company secures a Dept. of Homeland Security Blanket Purchase Agreement to provide Continuous Monitoring as a Service as part of the DHS's Continuous Diagnostics and Mitigation Program.

The agreement has an "estimated value" of $6B with a 1 year base and four 1 year extension options.
