iRobot's floor-mopping robots hit North America, shares higher

  • iRobot's (IRBT +3.1%) Braava floor-mopping robot line, already available in Europe, is going on sale in North America. (PR)
  • The low-end Braava 320 goes for $200. The Braava 380t, which adds more advanced cleaning and navigation systems, a bigger battery, and other features, goes for $300.
  • The products complement iRobot's well-known Roomba vacuum robot line, which has helped the company sell 10M+ home robots since '02.
  • iRobot shares sold off in July due to the guidance provided with the company's Q2 beat, but remain up 77% YTD.
