- B/E Aerospace (BEAV) responds to a patent lawsuit filed by MAG Aerospace Industries, a unit of France-based Zodiac Aerospace, calling its claims of patent infringement over its Aircraft Ecosystems vacuum toilet "totally without merit."
- BEAV says the technology and patent suite have been very carefully developed and the MAG Aerospace relevant patents and technology have been cited in its patent applications with the USPTO.
- The company adds that shipments to Boeing of its modular lavatory systems have begun and will continue.
