ThyssenKrupp, EADS joint venture subject of bribery probe

Atlas Elektronik, a joint venture between EADS (EADSF.PK) and ThyssenKrupp (TYEKY.OB), was raided this week in connection with the alleged payment of €18M in bribes in connection with an order of submarine equipment from Greece.

ThyssenKrupp contacted authorities about the matter in 2010 after a "compliance investigation," Reuters says.
