Global X Funds Uranium (URA) is a scam. Share prices go up, URA goes down

Global X Funds Uranium (URA) has me really worried. Several of the shares in the fund have risen (slowly) but the fund remains at the bottom of its price range. Also, the composition of the fund keeps on churning over (and that is expensive for investors). This fund has managed to lose me half my money, even though uranium stocks have not done that badly. Anyone else out there watching who would like to comment?

URA bought over 23% of the outstanding USU stock last week, as reported by USU on Edgar's S&P reporting. Since anyone taking a major position must submit a disclosure, it should have shown up on the URA radar too--but I haven't seen that. Yes something is up, IMHO

Uranium is poised to go up from here. Maybe a few more lumps, but late '13 to early '14 steady rise is imminent.

I'm surprised no one mentioned Cameco (CCO), far and away the largest and best Uranium producer with the capacity to scale up as necessary.
