Kimco agrees to sell Mexican properties for $92M

Kimco (KIM) unloads a few more Latin American properties, agreeing to sell a 4-property shopping center portfolio in Mexico for $92M. The company also recently closed on the sale of its 43% interest in another Mexican shopping center for $41M, and its 50% interest in a 9-property Chilean shopping center portfolio for about $83M (including assumption of debt).
