Books-A-Million Q2 revenues decline from the prior year period

Books-A-Million (BAMM) Q2 net revenues decreased 8.6% to $109.2M, compared with revenues of $119.5M in the year-earlier period.

Comparable store sales declined 12.0%, compared with the 13-week period in the prior year.

Net loss from continuing operations was $9M, or $0.61 per diluted share, compared with net loss from continuing operations of $900K, or $0.06 per diluted share, in the year-earlier period. (PR)
