• Janney's initiation of Realty Income (NYSE:O) with a Buy is part of a broad call on the equity REIT sector in which the team sees O as the outperformer.
• Medical Properties Trust (NYSE:MPW), Senior Housing Properties Trust (NYSE:SNH), and Omega Healthcare (NYSE:OHI) are all initiated with Holds. The entire group has suffered as rates have shot higher - all are down 20-30% over the last four months.
