Reports: Twitter lining up banks, shares offered at $15.5B valuation

A day after Bloomberg reported Twitter has hired Goldman to be its lead underwriter, Reuters reports the same, while adding Morgan Stanley and BofA will also serve as underwriters. The news service adds Twitter is "in the process of adding additional banks."

Meanwhile, Dan Primack now reports broker-dealer Felix Investments is offering Twitter shares for $31, a level that spells a $15.5B valuation. GigaOm reported yesterday hedge funds have been offering to buy shares at $26-$28 (~$14B).
