Barclays picks winners and losers in consumer products sector

  • Barclays assigns Clorox (CLX) an Underweight rating with the company seeing pressure in several key markets. The price target on Clorox was reduced by $2 to $79.
  • Procter & Gamble (PG) is cut to Equal Weight from Overweight on Barclay's stance that shares will stay range-bound until management proves it can drive top-line growth.
  • Colgate-Palmolive (CL) is the out-performer of the bunch, being lifted by the investment firm to Overweight.
