Analysis: Outerwall alive and kicking

Wedbush isn't throwing in the towel on its bullish stance on Outerwall (OUTR -2.1%), with analyst Michael Pachter telling clients the DVD rental business is still viable.

The company has an incredible pricing edge over rivals, but has nearly lost the movie release window which used to give it a nice advantage over Netflix and Amazon.

Shares of Outerwall are down 15.5% since the company's guidance cut.
