Things look gloomy for semiconductor stocks, with warnings from Qualcomm (QCOM), Broadcom (BRCM), Altera (ALTR), IDT Corp. (IDT), and now Texas Instruments (TXN). One ray of hope: Analysts at Baird say their research points to a rebound as early as Q3 2009, driven by a boom in sales of netbooks.
