McGraw Hill to narrow valuation gap with Moody's, says Goldman

The valuation gap between McGraw HIll FInancial (MHFI) and Moody's (MCO) Is set to narrow, says Goldman, initiating MHFI with a Buy and $75 price target, and resuming coverage of MCO with a Hold and $72 PT.

Multi-year growth at MHFI will be driven by ratings agency, Platts, and indices, says Goldman.

Moody's has a bright future as well, but the big run in the shares over the past couple of years looks ready for a breather.
