Yeah, and for both some predicted and probably will again soon, a rapid decline!

Big fan of iTunes Radio so far. Good to see it gaining traction.

Begrudgingly up with Pandora for over a year... their Algorithm was not very sharp and their rotation seemed much smaller than they say.

Can see Apple eating Pandora's lunch very quickly.

iTunes Radio is very good. I have been using this for the past week. I had much less ads compared to my experience in Pandora. For one feature I really like on iTunes Radio is you can reply past songs!

Cook can just open up his pocket books and buy out SIRI with some of that foreign cash I suppose...

I can see Apple going after the entire radio industry and finding creative ways to monetize those assets.

Love it. CNBC just had a segment called "Bull and Bear crunch Apple numbers" and they had Misek and Trainer as the two guests. Trainers TP was $300 and Misek is still at $405 so Misek must have been the Bull in this conversation. Cant make this stuff up folks.

Well, Misek's recent success story with $BBRY speaks for itself. You've got root for him.

Just as I had expected. However, there is not much of a pop in the stock. Very subdued.

Atkins, I hope this is simply one of those pieces of news that takes a long time to adapt to. it took Apple a few months to go from the 400s to the 600s first time around.

Just don't listen to those ridiculous wall street analysts..they know nothing more than you or I. Listen to what Apple tells you about their strategy and use your own judgement to determine whether it is believable or not. These analyst who change their views on a quarterly result at a whim are clueless..Tim Cook told them as much during the Q2 earnings call, which is when they battered apple to 385 level...which was good for folks like me who got the shares a tad above 400. How anyone could doubt apple's price-point for the 5C's is beyond me...what do analysts know about pricing smartphones compared to the company that rakes in almost two thirds of all the revenues in the industry?

BUT.... as a shareholder you have to respect the power they have to move the stock around with their mostly wrong analysis.

I think you nailed it @Piptief, bad analysts are great at making buying opportunities!

iTunes Radio will be a small but important piece for Apple ..... I think they have a huge hit on their hands and it will drive even more revenue thru iTunes and iTunes will no longer be a non-profit as Apple once portrayed it!
