- As of 8PM ET yesterday, Sprint (S -1.8%) accounted for only 9% of U.S. iPhone 5S/5C activations picked up by mobile analytics firm Localytics. AT&T and Verizon accounted for a combined 87%.
- Sprint sold 1.4M iPhones in Q2, and 1.5M in Q1. In 2011, the #3 U.S. carrier committed to buying $15.5B worth of iPhones over four years. At Apple's $582 June quarter ASP, that would translate into over 6.6M iPhones/year.
