Zoltek gets bid from Toray Industries: Nikkei

Shares of Zoltek (ZOLT +12%) spike midday on news the company will be acquired by Toray Industries (TRYIF.PK) for around $610M.

Rumors regarding a takeout have been circulating for quite some time and the company rejected an offer from Quinpario Partners back in March.

    This is all speculation at this point. I would think the price would have to be greater than 22 dollars a share as Quinpario had a bid in at 22 for 90% of shares. A board wouldn't take less. Get ready to ride this higher.
