Schwab Reports 22% YoY Investor Demand Increase For ETFs

Vice president of ETF platform management at Charles Schwab, Beth Flynn, stated in an Investor Study "We're seeing less discussion of 'if' and more about 'how' investors will buy and use ETFs."

One in ten investors already hold 50% or more of their portfolio in ETFs, doubling the number from this time last year.

Schwab found that investors value fee transparency and fund flexibility above all else when deciding which ETFs to invest in.

Publicly Traded ETF Issuers: WisdomTree WETF, Schwab SCHW, BlackRock iShares BLK, State Street/SSgA STT, Invesco PowerShares IVZ, and Northern Trust FlexShares NTRS
