Big Tobacco hears from Supreme Court

The U.S. Supreme Court rejects an argument by tobacco companies that the high court should intervene in a case in Florida.

I don't recall anyone forcing people top use tobacco products. What ever happened to personal responsibility?

The statute of limitations is soon up for most of these cases, which is base on deceptive ads, not on health issues which is explained on the box itself. The proof on health issues on one product cannot be proven since one individual in their lifespan cannot have smoked one product to collect any said damages to their failing health. Which comes back to personal responsibility argument. The companies will thrive since any judgement against them will be used to light it up in smokes....solid product for sure.
