Canadian Natural Resources (CNQ -4.9%) will shut down its oil sands plant in northern Alberta for two to three weeks, according to a source. The shutdown follows a maintenance check on the company's plant - the 4th largest tar sands mining and crude processing facility in Canada.

    Good alert...explains the recent pullback which should only be temporary.

     

    Please use "oil sands" as you did in the first instance rather than "tar sands" as you did in the second...the former term is being used to imply biased environmental opinion.
